Meditation, unveiling your true essence!

Meditation is a part of my daily life, it helps me clearly see who I am and connects me to my heart. Thoughts create a lot of voices and if you are not aware of their existence, they usually “play” the role of an advocate but truly they are illusions and prevents you from seeing who you truly are. Clearing the thoughts on your head, your goal is to keep emptying the thoughts. But as you become aware of these thoughts you realized that they never end. Don’t give up, this is actually a part of the process. Once you become aware of them then it’s a first step that you become mindful of these thoughts.

Thoughts are powerful and they are the roots of our physical manifestations. Meaning what you think about brings it out on your physical reality. So to be mindful of them is a huge step in realizing that everything has inter connection with the origins of thoughts in your head. When people are suffering they usually get stuck inside their head and it becomes a cycle of pain, because one can not distinguish the existence of painful thoughts and its creation, thus it continues to create the pain emotional body that we carry.

You essentially become the observer of the thoughts that comes and goes, connecting to your spirit, self realization is obtained. You know that the essential part of you is not these thoughts, you stop identifying with them and learn the process of letting go. This is a huge step in the process of unveiling the truth. Letting go of thoughts and knowing that your are not identifying with them but connecting to the true essence of your existence here on earth. By realizing this you create the love and light that you intent to bring forth in this lifetime.

Connecting to your breathe and feeling your sensations all the way from your feet to the ground, with spine sitting erect all the way to your crown chakra, aligning your body, mind and spirit. This posture helps you to connect to the energy of Mother earth and Father sky. The silence magnifies the experience and brings you stillness and you find yourself in the daily chaotic lives that you can still find peace in the midst of chaos. The gap is the space and choice that you have and usually is forgotten between our daily busy lives. When you are in a chaotic situation you can remember to breathe and that there is a safe space to be without any threat. This connects us to our love and the fear dissipates in our body, mind and spirit. It empower us and help us to be reminded that we are spiritual beings creating human experiences.

Meditate on emptiness, letting go of thoughts, detachment to your illusions, leading you to life’s uncertainties  and nothing is permanent. We create what we want to manifest. Let’s create love and peaceful thoughts to transcend our humanity and soon become highly evolved human beings with love and compassionate hearts.
