Our body is comprised of all these cells that hold the information and banks our genes, origins, history and evolution of our human species and all the organisms that are here in our planet. We are all in these microorganisms that contribute to our knowledge and wisdom of who we are both physically and spiritually. Our merging into this path of allowing Science and Spirituality is just like, matter and energy is one within our cellular consciousness we become one in this field. This is what we need as a collective consciousness to evolve as one in nature and harmonized with the nature of our planet Earth. Our existence is in crucial time that we need to elevate our consciousness to become one with all that is. If we don’t go into this shift we will become extinguished and recycled life as a continuation of karmic cycle,  as chaos enters when there is a disharmonious relationships between us all. The truth is here to open our eyes to what we are doing wrong within our own consciousness and how we can shift to become one and congruent within our mind and heart.

Our biology created  this path of how our cell works when the environmental factors or signals contributes and affects us in our expression as human beings. Understanding how our existence happens in relation to our environment in the cellular level will give us a clearer picture and a stable foundation to help elevate our human consciousness. Without this basic understanding we will be lost in space and will have illusions about our own conditioning and beliefs. Even our own transformation at this era is in this shift of paradigm from old beliefs that genes control our health, functions and behavior. The new Biology and Quantum Physics are now discovering new studies regarding our genes which is called Epigenetics. According to the new evolved theory that genes are affected by the environment factors or signals and that we can actually rewrite our genes when we use our subconscious mind to operate and obviously we are not victims of our circumstances. We have the power and control to co create our lives by shifting our perceptions or beliefs.

If you can imagine that our body is made of 75 trillion cells and how complex they cooperate to function within our body,  to operate and exist at this time and occupy space within this continuum is a miracle itself. Everything is energy, unconscious and conscious thoughts and vibrations, when one is aware of his responsibility as a conscious mind creating a pattern of higher vibratory rate then one creates a rippling effect of good vibrations within the field of matrix. On the other hand when someone is asleep or not aware of their own patterns of perception then together as a whole collective consciousness remain stagnant or in the darkened spectrum of light. Our goal as a conscious individual is to bring awareness to others weather its our actions, thoughts, words or even presence makes the difference in balancing the act of awareness within a crowd of noise and chaos is the challenge in this lifetime. Meditation, clearing your own noise and voices in the head brings you back to the truth of who we are. Breathing and going back to nature accelerates our growth into oneness.

Our healing as a whole generation is just a quantum leap away. When each one of us becomes  aware of our mirrors, those who are put in our plate, we become an active participant of this evolution when we don’t ignore the lessons and what gifts there mirrors are here to tell us about own self. We magnetized what we are inside when we are able to transcend fear into its purest form which is love. We becomes one with all creature, we recognize that the darkness is a part of our transformation and that without this we will not be wholesome  just like yin and yang. How do we help ourselves to shift our perceptions? First, we need to know what are our subconscious beliefs that are manifesting in our lives? These are patterns and habits or conditioning,  reinforced when the same results happened  all over again. When we get real about our own issues and what transpires and lives beyond these fundamental beliefs that we hold unto. When we become aware of the unconscious beliefs we give light to the darkness and it dispenses light,  energy shifts as a result of conscious thoughts. The stimulus lies within the unconscious state of mind and therefore the response will be different when given a positive stimulus. Just like a cell that has receptors we receive information from the environment and in the moment that is perceive, creates an expressive result of the experience. As Albert Einstein states “you can not solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” When you look at the result you will find the pattern of the behavior that created it then the underlying belief that created the experience or perception needs to be shifted or transform. Clearing our perceptions from any clouded illusions, egoic thoughts, that results to separation is the secret to holistic healing.

Our cellular consciousness reminds us of what we are, one with the universal mind, nature and divine creation. We need not ignore the signs of nature because they talk to us in forms, order and chaos. We are the hands and voice of these creatures, let us wake up and see that everything we see is but a fracture of these mirrors that reflects to us who we are inside. Our cellular memories will remind us of our oneness with all that is, open and align your selves to your energetic field. This  will create a rippling effect to shift our environment and nature to the garden of paradise where there is only love, harmony and order. Be aware of your filters and clear them of anything that is harmful towards others and your selves. These filters are your own perceptions, believe that you will make a difference in this paradigm shift and together we will return home.

There is a healing power waiting to be reveal when you tapped into this gift of writing from Betsy Otter Thompson. As I read her works and conversations with Jesus as a conscious loving energy and universal love that I felt, you wonder how in the world did she channelled such profound wisdom. There is no doubt that it is a message of love and grace, I felt that I was literally talking to Jesus when I read her work.

She takes some particular apostles or characters that are relevant to that era and the inner reflections of these people in the times of Jesus mirrors to me my own inner reflections in the way that Jesus would look and feels about me, my behavior and illusions. The harsh judgements that we condone ourselves is not how God sees us but within our hearts lies the answers and truth about God. She brings the God within that experiences life as love of yourself and others. The beauty of every emotions that are being expanded, experimented upon and lived by these disciples and how they relate to our modernized culture and how God sees the soul as consciousness and emotions that are felt within our hearts.

Reflecting on each emotions became my tour guide like a map towards my inner path and emotional rescue towards enlightenment. The writer’s perspective and view brings you into your own reality and how God sees what you don’t see. The truth underlying every energy or emotions that we hold are being revealed to its glorious light or shadows to help accelerate your emotional growth and connection to the truth of who we are in the eyes of Jesus.

This book took me into an emotional journey and the illusions that I was blinded to see became clear and transcendent understanding of how Jesus sees me in the eyes of love. The wisdom that lies in the author’s cross examination of Jesus way of perceiving us in consciousness level, and how we can be empowered in walking through these illusions finding light within and love along the way is the gift that this book entails, without a doubt it is a book to read and reflect upon in your daily spiritual reflections. Every emotions that I examined became a reflective moment in my inner garden and see how it fits right in my daily life.

There is empowerment, healing of the mind, body and spirit within the context of the book. I highly recommend this walk of life, profound words of wisdom from the author’s reflections and conversations with the energy of Jesus. This book will expand your awareness and understanding of what love is and how you are a part of this illusion that we are all experiencing. The wisdom is in awakening, healing this consciousness that blocks our humanity into evolution in oneness with all that is.

This is the time to rise up and free your mind, free energy will be in our hands as we create and expand our  thoughts thus actions follow. We are in this collective consciousness that  makes conscious choice and decision for our human evolution to be elevated and transform into a paradigm shift of quantum leap into universal civilization. The end of this era where there are so many  lies, conspiracy, confusions, deceptions, control and manipulations where everyone is being blindfolded to the truth. The manipulations and control issues that we are trapped into, we  have to end this in our collective consciousness that we will be able to burst this bubble of blindness. Our consciousness is the gateway to our freedom and liberation to what is our true essence and existence in the universal consciousness of this vast ocean of love and light. If we don’t stop the fear agenda and become powerless within our own selves, we create this negative desensitization of our human genealogy. We can not turn our heads anymore to what damage is being done to our planet Earth and our own species. We have the power to ascend, elevate and connect to our extra terrestrial beings within our universal consciousness and this is the time to wake up and be open to what is here and what we know is only a fraction of what truth is.

Our consciousness had been disconnected to the full potential of awareness with the universal intelligence that we are a fraction of. The understanding of our existence will bring in more of what is and how we are related to the goddess energy of this divine intelligence and cosmic mind. We are here to awaken from the slumber sleep of our human civilization into oneness to what is and this perception will open the vast knowledge and information that we are blinded to see. Be aware of the signs of times that is embarking in our society, politics, micro and macro economical strategies, the rich gets richer the poor gets poorer, media and movie industry that leads us into more chaos and fear agenda. We are not puppets, we are souls that opens to the beauty of this planet and within our consciousness we can shift this fear into love within ourselves and others. We are all one in unison to the acceleration of planetary movements in the solar system of our galaxy, as our biological body is in synchronicity with the complexity of our different systems that hold us as one unified body functioning in multi dimensions.

The only way to ascend this energy that we hold is to anchor our selves into the electromagnetic fields of the planet Earth.  When our energy centers are aligned and open vortexes, we can align to the Earth’s vibration. Then our selves merge into the matrix energetic field of what is, the vacuum or gap within our cellular, crystalline structures  and molecular level of our existence. The quantum leap that we are now engaging is beyond our imagination, perception and mind. This is like tapping into the free energy that we long to have, there is no name or label for it, a gift to us like freedom of expression, we are able to be who we are and not hide within this shell or body that we for now occupy. It’s not going to last, but as a conscious choice we choose to evolve, ascend and accelerate in this timeline to expand within and that our external reality has no boundary, limitless and expansive just like the universe.

Our collective consciousness has to awaken within ourselves to perform these miracles that we are attuning and awakening to the beauty of this free Earth, energy and mind. The mind is the foundation of these creations if we want to align within us, we  have the power to manifest all that is. When we walk the talk, share our truth and liberate our fellow souls to experience the divinity within. The love that flows like a river in the vast ocean of the deep blue sea. We are the rippling effects of this gifts of awakening to the vastness our spirits. We are one co creating this tapestry of love, together within the light of our souls radiates the love that we hold and touched others in their awakenings and remember where they come from. Words have no meaning when not lived, live love, free your mind from any harm, teach the way to perfection just like the universe is perfect and will always be. We are the souls of the past, future and the only perfect present that we have is here now. Create love, breathe love and together we will create a loving world that reflects to us our souls creations with free mind, we free our energy into the creative energy of Earth our planet full of abundance and harmony.

Sufferings will be lifted, there will be no hunger, no war and only peace resides within each other people’s hearts. The peace within is the the peace that we want to manifest in our co existence with all beings, souls and other planetary beings. We are the avatars of this generation, wake up and create this wonderful imagination that starts within our mind consciousness and soon this will be in our external reality. Enough war or chaos, let go of this negative energy, magnetized to your energetic field truth, freedom, liberation of spirit and mind. We are the stars that reflects radiance and brightness. The darkness is in our shadow when we radiate, we bring light to wherever we go, we become a channel of light and souls are attracted to us because of this beauty. Let us continue to be lightworkers and create a path of enlightenment for others to see the light.
