We call forth our Ascended Masters,  Archangels, Teachers of Light and Love to surround, support and guide us to connect to our twin flame.We are here to know, align and magnify this in our field of realities in this dimension that we are living. For as long as we are not align to this twin Divine Soul of ours we can never be fulfilled in our relationships in this human form that we are currently living. We ask that this twin flame of our soul be ignited, aligned, activated and be connected to us in cellular and physical level, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ours.

What is a twin flame? this is the primal energetic inseparable forces of creation of our soul from the Source into our existence and everything that contains these twin flames of Divine feminine and Divine masculine energy of love. In simple terms this is not the human partner that we long to have here in our relationships with humans but it is our own energetic soul mate that we have disconnected from when we incarnate in this human form. Our twin flame never left us but it is always here, we are the ones who forgot where this flame of love had been disconnected, because of separation in this field that we are, in the third dimension, we got lost. It’s now the time to come and ask for our twin flame to connect and penetrate our entire being to be one with its most highest deepest feelings of love that we can experience here in our lifetimes. We are in this era of love and light, there is no more suffering and pain, release anything that is not of light. The shadow will point you towards unity where you need to clear or let go of this victim or saboteur archetypes in your energetic field. Don’t waist your time and energy to stay in this vibration of separation but be aware of where the energetic vampires are sucking or draining you. There is nothing that you can do but be in this “waiting field” so to speak to allow and see how this energies are playing in your lifetimes. Life is but a dream! I woke up today and find myself asking what do I want to write, usually I write when I feel the channel is open and there’s nothing much to do at hand like work. For me I love nature and it had penetrated my core being, walking in nature brings me to this soft place that I’m one in the universe and the cellular memory of my being. Whatever that means, it’s funny how life gives you these profound words but there is actually no words that can describe the beauty and love that I feel when I’m in nature. Don’t procrastinate about your walks just do it, there’s nothing more important than the love for yourself and the connection of your spirit in living this lifetime.

We are at a lost world, where people are surrounding themselves of the “busyness” and excuses not to be in the spirit. They have inclinations to be on the other side like doing or working than “being” or just let it be. We are so afraid of letting go and listening to our own spirit. We are not alone in this nature of humanness but we are all in it. Because of what we have created in the mind field we are soaking in this mud of illusions not being able to see and breathe our own truth.Wake up to the truth and what is truth when we are blind, we can not see nor we can hear. When all along it was within us, our DNA codes, is ever and always linked to God’s divine consciousness because we are one with the creator and the creation is us. There is no separation in this dimension that I tap we are one!

Our daily lives is consume of ”what I’m getting here? what is it for me?” syndrome. Stop the insanity you are continuously generating the same self that has been searching for the false illusion of self which is ego. There  is nothing that you  need that is not within you and within your reach. The heart is in you and this beautiful organ of love is the heartbeat of humanity, only when they stop suffocating their hearts with pain and suffering. There is no suffering, this is created in the mind and the thoughts that you generate in this toxic mind manufactures the toxicity that you are in right now.

In order for the Earth to nurture your souls you have to surrender to her majestic beauty. The nature is her children just like the mother archetypal energy of your species, she protects, nurture, love and care for her children. When we are in tune within our inner and higher selves we are together aligning our energies with mother Earth. There is no separation that is created, no anger or pain between the mother and children. Because of our pain bodies we are not able to see beyond the drama and sufferings that we are dealing with.

The only way to be able to establish a peaceful world is not to alienate anyone or any country between us, to completely surrender and say we are with you. The fact that Iran is the only one that is not congruent with the United countries effort to stop the nuclear disarmament is because Iran is like one of our children, it doesn’t feel connected because of the separation and the pain body that they are in,. Therefore the only solution to help this country realized that we are all the same is to give her more love and listen to her fears. Recognized the fear and the pain that this country holds and open your heart to discussions without judgement or alienation.

We are all children of this planet and when you look at others as separated you are still in the same place of separation. Listen to your words if they are coming form this space of judgement, fear or pain it is not healing nor helping others. Just like these countries our lives are  literally mirrored in our relationships with our own children when we stop looking at them as separated or judgements that are not helping them realized their highest potentials we are still in the same agenda of fear. Wake up and smell the coffee. Go for a hike in nature  listen with your hearts open. The ego had greatly blinded you and forgot that all these issues stem from one space, the space of mind consciousness. There  is no time to waste, we need to face realities with different light and perspective. You can not save the world you can only save yourself . Begin within your circle of friends, community, family in sharing your truth. There is no shame in being who you are and showing the light that is within yourself. There  is no judgement in your part and why you even worry about their judgements. The only judge is just an illusion purely coming from the mind consciousness. You see how much garbage we put in our mind, thinking we know better, not  knowing the answers are all within., Love others as you love yourselves.

Our times is accelerating fast, our karmic resolution is here. Be one with others and you are one with yourself. Everything that you see is your creation, live within your means and be in nature. Listen and talk to your animals, they are telling you something that is more profound than your thoughts. There is no ego within these creations and they are pure beings that had come in disguise of animal costumes. They are close to nature, beings, and no judgements upon them. We need to reflect within, there is no more searching because the truth lies inside of us.

With these words of wisdom I bless this planet and all the beings that are here to experience true love that is oneness. With all the sham and drudgery we can live beyond these mental forms of sufferings and elevate our consciousness to our ascension. Our ”Eden theory” of creation and beginning of times is here recreating our times when we are connected to nature, plants, animals and beings. The paradise is regained when we align to the new energy of love and light. We are here in this era of new energy, open your eyes and lift the veils of illusions to its clarity. The clouds of illusions are gone, we are seeing the truth and we are experiencing the acceleration of time and space. Be aware of the changes and be the change yourselves. Do your part and the rest will follow, the rippling effect of your actions speaks louder than the words that come from your mouth for the world is listening with their eyes and seeing with their ears. The paradox of everything, separation is not here only the illusions of them all. Once recognized and self realized then one is going to be align with their actions and surrender to all that is given.

The communication lines are now  open, when you let go and allow this in your being. The only way you can fulfill your mission or souls purpose is totally surrendering to what you are being called for and given. Be happy and accept the gifts of wisdom that you are bestowed. Take the time to meditate in nature and continually humble yourselves to all the knowledge that is hidden within you and surrender to all the beauty of it all. The Goddess energy is embedded within your cellular tissues and memory. You are never alone in this work of love and light, your Ascended Masters, teachers of light and loved ones surrounds you energetically whenever you are aware and one within your selves. There is no more hiding of your true light, for the world in darkness needs your light to walk in this path. Serve as if no one is looking, for the fruits of your labor is at hand.

There are energetic fields around you, your physical self. When you connect to these bodies of light you become aware of your vibrations and frequency. As long as you live in this dimension you are incline to move up and down the crystalline grids of light and shadow is everywhere you wherever you are. To be balance, you need to be be in tune with how your body feels, ask yourself “where are you right now?” and feel the density of your body. When you become sensitive to the frequency around you, you sometimes carry this around your body and they are heavy and dense, these are not yours, brush them off to realign yourself back to your center. There are a lot of energetic vampires and as unconscious human beings they are not aware that they are doing this. Once put into their attention, they will be able to transcend this energy that they are carrying.

You can be a vessel for space of love and light when you allow this to happen. The only thing that will create chaos is if you are not aware that you are holding this space of healing. So surround yourself with light, protecting you from any attachment or challenges. They will try to take away your peace, as misery loves company. Be aware and be an observer of this mind games. When your heart is open, your mind is open to expand and allow a space for healing both for the observer and the object. Thoughts have energy and when you are around others, these thoughts that surround you attaches to your energetic field without being aware. It is important to be conscious and always be centered to align to prevent energy leakage.

The body has energetic fields and from my observation, everything that is in our system like thoughts have a mental energetic field, our emotions have an emotional field, our soul which is our astral field, these are the energetic fields that magnetizes whatever these fields carries, like attractslike. When are are align in our energetic fields we attracts expansion and connection to our light body. We become a vehicle of light and love. As we become conscious of our energetic fields we realign our selves to the grand design of our universe, in expansive and contraction  motion, in a sense like our birth, we came in contraction motion while in our death, we are expanding to our nothingness which is our essence.

Mastery of your self is the secret on this journey, when you know yourself, you create peace with others and within. Imagine yourself surrounded by people that love and care for this world, then you are going to walk with your Ascended Masters transforming your world that you live in. There is nothing that is withholding your manifestation but yourself. Connect to your higher self and everything will be given smoothly and effortlessly.

Ask and you shall receive, knock and the door shall be open to you. The doors of love and light is here wide open to receive you. Allow yourself to submerge and soak in this field of love. You will find that your light body is creating more radiance through self love and others see and feel the difference within you, emanating and radiating the love you give.

This question takes us to the roots of all our actions. When we are aware of why we do things and what is the main intention of our actions, we open our hearts to the truth and we align ourselves to what our evolution of consciousness needs at the right moment. This is what we call awareness, when we are awake to our senses and when we find silence in our being. It’s not that easy to find peace especially when we live in the midst of chaos. Truly chaos was created in our consciousness, when we stop to think these thoughts of separation then we truly resonate with peace, with our truth and spirit. As long as we are in this state of consciousness of separation we will never find our oneness.

To bring this into our reality we first have to go through a process of detachment from ego and illusions from our head. Living inside our heart, we find silence, in our mind through meditation and then our meditation becomes action in a sense we become one with silence. Our heart and mind becomes one and sings a song of love and life. Then we can truly say we reach our nirvana, truly heaven and earth are here, our illusions, beliefs, fear on the unknown and death, conditioning of the mind separates us from this state of bliss.

When we start to wonder why our lives are cycles of pain and suffering then we stop and see that the magnet of all these difficulties is us. When we start to uproot these seeds of beliefs in our mind, this is where the roots of sufferings are. Our mind is like a garden, we have to check our ground and fertilize it with good thoughts and love, then our harvest will be bountiful and grace of God is upon us.

What is your intention in living your lifetime? Are your actions out of fear or love? When are you going to take actions? Are you the co- creator of your Divine life? These are questions that will open your mind and expand its horizons. Our heart is the seat of wisdom, when you open your heart and release those emotions that blocked you from who you truly are.

We live in multidimensions and when we are present in our body, our lives become rooted in love. Because our body is the vehicle of light that will take us to where our intentions are in this lifetime. Time is but a fraction of your ego and identification in this present moment. Truly there is no past as it is gone but humanity carries the burden of the past hurts and emotions get stuck in this linear time. We need to release these cellular memories of the past, the only real thing is the now where you are residing in this time or moment of truth, we are here connecting to all and what is.

If we put our intention for the good of all, we become connected, aligned to our purpose. We are reflections of each others truth, when our perceptions or filter of truth is shaded, we see others as separated but when we clear our lenses we see the truth or reality that what I see is but reflections of my true self which is my spirit. My spirit which is eternal is here and now living simultaneously together weaving this so called life. All that I see becomes me and if I see beauty in others I see the same in my true self. Where I am there I am. Everything is a mirror of myself. In these eyes that I see, I see love and peace.

In knowing, you will align your perceptions to what you want to see and your filter will be transform to clarity and your life will be clear of fear but only love resides in your being. The joy in knowing this will create expansion in your fields. You will be an open portal of light and others will come and be attracted to your true light and peace. There is no more fear of death as we come and see that our souls are eternal and peacefully we live this life that we co-create with other souls that we touched. Let us create love in every moments of our existence then there is no space for fear, no war and separation.

The mind is in the field, when our thoughts are about love then our field will be full of love. Let us start inside our head, let go of fear based thoughts but plant seeds of love. Find stillness and balance, check where your emotions are, are they vibrating in high frequency or lower vibrations? When you are in high frequency meaning your emotions are about love, happiness and unity then your emotions are align to your thoughts as emotions and thoughts are connected. Emotions are the gateway to your thoughts, when you feel good then your thoughts are good and vice versa.

Our world is full of fear based thoughts that is part of our humanity’s consciousness and we partake in this river and flow of life. The only part that we can do to help our consciousness is to wake up and live our lives out of love. The only real thing that hold us together, when we see our existence as one with others then we will be conscious enough to create and transform what we have. We will put light into darkness then we will become united like light and darkness becomes one. Fear is but a shadow of love. We are in this multidimensions living physically and spiritually  simultaneously creating this space of oneness disguised as duality.

Intentions are actions as thoughts are emotions. Let us live our intentions free of fear and our actions full of love. Let us think of positive thoughts and our emotions full of love. In this cycle of love not fear we will be free of fear and our lives will soar like our spirit are free from any attachments and soon we will fly with our angel wings!

As I write in this space, my heart is heavy and dense. There is a void deep within me that says I’m quite not right. There is a voice that speaks “you’re going to be okay, stay grounded!” You are prepared to experience this and everything will be all right. Receiving a message from my loved ones in the Philippines that my father is in comatose brought me to this condition.

For the last few nights I was dreaming of coffins three days in a row and brushed them off because I didn’t want to pay attention to death. Then the other night I felt there was someone in my room I thought it was my Mom and was asking if I want to see her and I said no it’s okay, I’m not ready. It’s quite surreal now that I look back and all the signs were there. Today I got a kitten from the Animal Rescue and he is home with us his name is Oscar. He is my angel, he purred and slept on my chest last night keeping vigil for my peace.

I looked back to my memories and it’s quite funny how I spent half of my lifetime in this “victim consciousness” without looking at the bigger picture that my souls purpose lies deep within this pain. My father’s contract is bigger than what I think it was for me to learn the lessons of forgiveness and love. Our life lies in this paradox, everything that I learn seems to be the opposite of what I know, it is the lessons from the heart that seems to matter at the end. My knowledge doesn’t complete me and the wisdom that lies from my experiences are the ones that my soul is longing for.

With this perception I learn that my heart matters more than what my brain knows. It is the heart of humanity that energizes my life force, my power and connection to this lifetime. It is the heart after all that beats and pulsates in our physical being that says this is it, you had enough and the end is now. How can we be so blindsided to what matters most in this lifetime?

In letting go I learn to connect to my breathe and just be. My soul is at peace knowing that truly no one dies because our souls are eternal. We lose sight of their physical presence but their spirit is with us. We are one, fragmented mirrors of ourselves. Our lesson here is commitment to experience love, in whatever field we do we are messengers of love. The choice is ours and when we hold to pain we blocked this message, we become attune to fear and no one can reach us. Attaching to  our pain is the biggest stumbling block in our healing. Our perceptions is marred by suffering and we create more pain by attracting this in our fields. We need to open our hearts and bring in the new template of love and letting go of pain. Forgiving our enemies and allowing love to penetrate our cellular memory to heal the wounds that lie deep within us.

There is nothing that you can not forgive, it is the ego that tells you the other way around, listen to your heart not your mind. For the mind is blind and the heart is the path to truth. Release the suffering and celebrate life every moment with your loved ones, strangers and friends. We are only here for borrowed times, nothing is permanent. Take the time to be with your loved ones not in working for material success. Your times well spent with loved ones are the treasures of the heart not the success of this world.

Let go and let God handle my affairs of the heart. My attachments to pain is gone and I allow this experience to rejoice and celebrate the lifetime gift of my Papa to me, I am who I am right now because of him, forgiving and loving soul. To you my Papa I celebrate my life!

As I write with this flow of energy I remember sitting here and wondering how am I going to be a writer when I didn’t take any courses to be in this flow of energy and now it dawn on me that passion and creativity has nothing to do with your left brain which is where your ego resides, the thinking process. Writing actually has more connection to your right brain which functions are more in the intuition and creativity. Yes, this is what happen when we are in the left brain thinking process, we deny our own inner connection to the Divine creative nature that we inherit from our Divine creator. Coming from a background of a strict religious dogma, I was condition to think less of my self and to bow to the God and its High Priests that we are conditioned to think highly of. Come to think of it if we think less of ourselves then we are basically saying that our Divine creator is not good enough to create us. We have to be happy and proud of ourselves because of our extra ordinary gifts that we have and was given not to be small but to be great bearers of love and light.

HUMILITY is important to connect to humanity but it does not mean that you have to take for granted what you have been given. Do whatever makes you feel happy and connected. Don’t think of what other people would say because at the end it’s between you and your self and your Divine Creator that matters anyway. When I write don’t believe what I say but listen with your heart and mind open, this will help you set the grounds for expansion. Humanity have a lot of beliefs and in our own little world we live in a dream and in this dream that you weave, you are the creator and the writer of your life. When you evolve here on earth, you are in this time of accelerated energy that brings into action all of your fragmented selves in the past, present and future. The ARCHETYPAL ENERGY that you have agreements with in your SACRED CONTRACTS are being played upon on your lifetime.

You wonder if you look at the past “where in the world did I do that for?” for some reason you have completed an incarnation of a sometimes mythic figure like a WARRIOR, GODDESS or ANGEL. There are a lot of contracts that you have signed for and in this physical dimension that you are living, in this third dimensional body that you resides you will be completing all souls contrasts that you signed for. The contracts will not leave your energetic field but they are there to create lessons for your life. When you have completed the contract meaning you already learned the lesson, you somehow evolve and move on to another type of Archetypal energy. As from my own experience, I have lived a life of a Buddhist monk, a nun in the Nursing homes praying for their next step to the other dimension, an angel to others, a Goddess or a Priestess, a strong victim consciousness regarding incest issues, and of course a  wounded healer, teacher and spiritual writer.

When you are awake you become connected to your creations and you ascend to the light and there is no duality or separation between what you see and your inner world. You have grand vision for humanity’s evolution of consciousness and you become a part of this enlightenment and transformation of the EARTH. As our world change, clearing, cleansing of its own natural disturbances, we as humanity goes through the same detoxification process. Our Mother Earth is us, and us mothers and children of this grand illusion or dream, we need to see ourselves as good stewards of our own selves in alignment to our body, mind, heart, spirit and soul. Therefore we become conscious, responsible and accountable people of the planet Earth if we want our existence to stay evolve and connected.

Fear is a part of our evolution process and when we reached the point of FEARLESSNESS we become connected to our own shadows and then light penetrate all darkness in our field of body, mind, heart, and spirit consciousness as one soul or consciousness. I believe that we have reached our final destination in this field of quantum physics, as the scientists are now finding that there is no solution to every equation in the mind field but truly there is a solution in the quantum soup of life when one evolves as one within the one soul. Mind consciousness becomes obsolete because we are far greater than this filed of consciousness. We are one in many bodies, souls and fragmented pictures of our illusion and created beliefs, judgements or anything that we create, we manifest in this realities of life that we call.

Our river of consciousness is overflowing with toxic stuff that we manufacture right from the get go, so our goal now should be directed to cleaning this river of life or consciousness to a fresh start. Clean your mind of negative stuff, live without judgements, be still in the now, save your self by being in sync with nature, silence your mind and go with the flow, listen and open your heart, ask your self ” where am I in my body, mind, heart, spirit and soul?” this will connect you to the Source of life. Be directed to the truth and be aware of illusions and ego. Connect to all your incarnated selves in the now and allow the lessons to penetrate your being and be happy. I am one with you in all your longings and creations, let us fill this Earth with happiness, compassionate wisdom and peace. Your thoughts are great contributions to mankind, think of happy thoughts and we will unite in the heart of all matters.

Where are we in this collective consciousness? Where are we going in this rate of hatred and fear? Are you feeling loved or empty? Where are you in this evolution or awareness of our mind, body and spirit. The dimensions that we tap brings us the answers to these questions. We are in this magnificent times of our species, the domain that we tap will be bring forth in quite an accelerated rate, when we let go of our illusions, our attachments and ego.

We connect to our spirit and the ego can hardly wait, observing where it will play the tricks that are ready to target you once again when it finds a space in your mind consciousness. We are becoming aware to the games that it plays, by listening and becoming an observer of this entity. Just like leaders of countries who don’t get their way, they resort to manipulation or mind games to get what they want . We are blind folded to these games so we need to be freed from these bondages and chains of illusions.

We need to be able to remove our masks, open our eyes to the truth and discover that we are asleep all along to the deceptions or as I call it is the web or hypnosis that we are in. It is what it is. There are a lot of fear agenda that were instilled in us, since the beginning of Ancient times and we are in this time and space of the now because we want to experience this transition in this multi-dimensional living. We are here to witness a transformation of living light and love reigns. The contacts from the other dimensions are happening and will be exposed to the public so to speak and in speedy time we are being prepare to “lighten up” so to speak. Because of the high frequency of this new energy, our bodies have to go to through these changes and our vibrations will be elevated once we are awaken and aware of these beings that have been here since the beginning of times. Just like the movie AVATAR they are here and we are the ALIENS, it’s difficult to comprehend if you are not initiated in this new way of thinking but it will come once you open the door to this new energy. It will be revealed to you in your own personal experiences and then you become one with all.

The collective consciousness of your existence is what you are experiencing, when there is turmoil in another country it gives you a breakthrough because it creates a ONENESS in helping and being compassionate towards the suffering. It brings cleansing, clearing of the old ways of thinking and becomes united in spirit. It is love after all that unites the humankind and if you are still living in hatred and unforgiveness, it’s time to wake up because it is your choice to either stay in this vibration and feel the consequences or be transform and be in this elevation of human consciousness. There is no more time to lose, we can not emphasized enough that this is it. You will find a lot of things that are changing in your mind, body and spirit. You will undergo trials, sufferings and letting go of attachments to the point of even losing your loved ones. But this will not stop you from ascending and becoming the love that you are. The people that you had lost had finished their soul contracts, which is to open up your heart and connect to your spirit.

When you are in the spirit, you have no fear then you will be able to see us in a different way. There will be no boundary, separation we are all one. We have been living, guiding, teaching humanity to be light and explore the magnificent treasures that our civilization had created and will always continue creating with you as we speak. There is no time and space in this dimension, we are living in multi-Universes and our consciousness and yours reached this unity when you are vibrating in this higher frequency. In able to connect to us, we help you to release all the tensions, unresolved karmic issues, mind games that your Reptilian mind plays, separation and duality modality, fear and anxiety to say the least there are a lot of stuff that needs to be shaken off just like a dog removing its fleas.

The more you are aware of your vibrations the closer you are communicating with us. Just like a radio frequency you will tune in our station once you are open and ready. Grounding is important when you are a channel for this will take care of your body as your vehicle to receive this information and become one in your passionate way of living. Your body is sacred just like your words and actions, so be impeccable with what you do, say and think they have vibratory frequency just like any living being that surrounds you. Be open to these new teachings and you will live in this multi-dimensional space that you tap. The choice is yours then release anything that gives you anxiety because you are powerful more than you think you are. There is magnetic force and power behind, around, front and back surrounding you in this energetic field that creates this magnetism to all that you are inside your being.

Once you are done with clearing and cleansing stage you will be ready to set a space for this new energy to sustain you. You will become more connected to every living being that surrounds you. You will see others in a different light, even though they are not awake to bring in light and compassion towards those who are asleep. The “I” becomes “WE” and you are uniting not only to those around you as well as to the other entities that are in your space. When your heart, and eyes are open to his new paradigm shift they will reveal themselves once again and you will see them with “friendly eyes” they will not be ALIENS but FRIENDS to you because you can see them now in a different light. Your frequency is the same as them then there is no more fear of not knowing. This is what stops you in seeing the truth, the fear of the unknown. Because you are connected to the vast information that you tap into, you will not anymore have these low vibrations in your being. You finally realized that there is no difference and no shadow because there is only love and light in this new dimension. You create this dimension just like heaven you create this in your realities, you have the key to this dimension when you let go of your little self and not knowing that when you become little is when you actually become bigger in this field of dreams. Your are the dream weaver, weave a a beautiful life connecting to the truth and love that you tap. Letting go of the past, living in the now and together you will connect and tap into your infinite sources and create what you want your future to be by living in the present and truly enjoying your lives.

What are your focused intentions? These are goals that you want to achieve in this lifetime. We need to breakdown these goals into steps that are realistic in order to see these dreams to manifest, and allow the results to come without attaching expectations to the outcome. That is the beauty of this life, when we do our best and see the result what the Universe brings us even though sometimes it’s not what we want to happen but we get caught by surprise on what we receive. Believe that whatever you receive is what you needed at the right time and at the right moment.

This is what I call allowing and going with the flow of life. Our guides in this flow is our emotions when we feel good, we are in the right track and when we resist our emotions obviously we are negative, these are signs that we are vibrating in this lower frequency. We have to catch ourselves to remind us that we need to be easy and follow what our heart is saying to us. Sometimes we learn the hard way and we are stubborn to listen to our guides, we just go on our own blinded ways and create more fear and chaos in our lives than harmony and peace.

In my journey I find that my most painful experiences are the actually the ones that helped me become a better person. Because of them I become de-hypnothized from my illusions and self-realized that everyone is one in spirit. The pain that I felt is the same pain that anyone in this world suffered from so I’m not any one special from anybody because of this. I become non- judgemental and developed a compassion for humanity because simply I felt their pain within my painful experiences.

My soul’s purpose is to help heal, inspire and uplift other lost souls just like me to bring them joy, unconditional love and bliss in their well being. Integrating their shadows and light attributes to be able to fulfill their own soul’s purpose in its highest potential. It’s not easy to be lost in the dark but when there is a guide you will find it easier to thread along in the river of life.

The guidance is listening to your own heart that dictates what and where you want to be. Listen and find time for your self. This is the most important thing that you can do for your self, it’s not the things that you think are important but the love and time that you develop for your self. This will create abundance, joy and good health when you take the time to reflect on where you are in this field. There is nobody who will take care and love you so start loving yourself by spending more time and making your self a priority.

Going back to your focused intention I would conclude that it is your self that should be your focus and not others, you have to start with your self to be able to give to others. We can’t give when we don’t feel abundant, when we don’t love our own selves we can’t totally share our selves because we are coming from rescuing others without being wholesome ourselves. To be able to serve we have to start with our selves, love and totally connect to our spirit.

Let us find forgiveness for our mistakes in life. Remember that these are not mistakes but LESSONS that we want to learn to be a better person. When we look at our own shadows as intricate part of our lives to be able to transcend we have to be able to let go and let our light shine upon this darkness. I now believe that there is nothing that we can do in this lifetime, if we become align to our soul’s purpose. We magnetized the things or situations that we want to attract. We are the creators of these intentions and we call upon the energy of love to unite us in this magnificent lifetime.

We are being called to be the MASTERS of our selves. When we master our selves we create a beautiful life filled with hope, laughter, and unconditional love. We may not get everything we want but we will be filled with light and love within our hearts, that the other things don’t matters anymore and will become illusions. We know deep within our selves that our spirit means more than anything this world can give us. In the end what matters is what touched our hearts not what others think of us. Be brave take your intentions into full action and fill your lives with love for that day will come when you can say to your self I made it with my fullest and highest intention to live this life with my dreams come true! Dream big for your life is bigger than whatever you can imagine of.

These are the questions that reached my mind today and I ask myself where am I today in my thoughts? We are so busy with our mind that we forget we are here in this beautiful body, physically here, not there or somewhere else. Where is your attention? when I ask this, it brings me back to focus. This is where we get lost most of the times. When we wander through life without this focused attention we get lost by the mundane things in life. So in order to create what we want in this reality that we call life we need to focus our attention, meaning we need to shift our vibration, since it is going to be our vibrations, or emotions, that will bring us back to our senses, if we are on the right track.

We get lost in our emotions and mental projections so we get derailed off our guided path. Our guidance is our high vibrations, meaning our positive emotions, which are positive feelings that bring us love and light not fear or darkness. We have to go through a process call integration which unites our shadow and light attribute. When we integrate these in our selves we find humility because we realize that we are all the same. When we become united with our own darkness we become a light to those who are lost just like us!

What are the signs that you are lost? When you are in the middle of drama and ask why am I here? what attracted me to this situation? where am I right now? when you find yourself judging others and believing that you are right and they are wrong in their choices, you are lost once again. The primary lesson is to be a light and share love, not judgements or separation. That is not easy especially when you have this healer archetype, you almost believe that you know everything but you don’t. This is where I am right now, the more I know the less I know. The Universe brings me back to the source which is love not fear. When I don’t judge others’ mistakes I’m saying to the Source that I acknowledge and respect the flow of life, and the only way for the other person to learn is through his or her own mistakes. I’m one with the Tao!

What I realized is that to be a master is to be a master of everything and nothing. For all those knowledge that I’ve searched and looked for the well of answers are all within me. This is an amazing place to be when you exist yet you know that this physical reality is all an illusion of your own mind. If I get lost in the mind, then my way back home is thru the heart! then I would say that my body, mind and heart needs to be in alignment, to function as a true and free integrated human being. For my spirit is having these physical experiences. It’s a matter of choice! To be loved and love or to be hated and hate? Simple yet profound.

When you remember to bring these four aspects of yourself together, body, mind, heart and spirit , you are going to attract situations which your heart desires. How are we going to know that they are aligned? Meditation helps to clear your mind. Dancing ignites your body’s passions. If you observe the feelings in your heart and inquire about them the heart will answer you in so many ways. Our heart is the seat of wisdom; believe and trust. Your spirit needs freedom and liberation from all attachments caused by your body-mind-heart system. Are there any blockages? Ask your dreams to show you. Dreams are our connections to our intuition and subconscious mind. They will reveal to you what is concealed from your senses. They will guide you thru a path in life that is free from expectations and outcomes, and is blessed with the knowledge that whatever you need in the moment you are graced with by the Universe.
