Unmasking these layers of pain in your heart is a process of being true to yourself. When you face your fear of unveiling the truth, unconditional love for yourself comes through. There is no hidden truth only what is felt within your heart. Open the doorway of your heart and listen to what it says. Receive don’t resist, let the flow of light penetrate its shadows of fear. This fear of intimacy is the mask covering the walls around your heart. When it reveals the pain that underlies the core patterns of suffering, it is easier to breathe and allow the deepest healing of your heart. The pain that lingers and calls for attention suddenly comes into a still and holds the space of love, truth and peace. The pain dissipates and understands what love truly means, it doesn’t hurt anymore, when there is no more pain, there is only love.

Life is like a mystery, when you discover the truth life becomes a lighter path to thread on. Your heart become light and it helps others to see their own brightness when you radiate this bright light that comes from the Divine’s heart of wisdom. The secret is love beyond form, dramas and suffering. We are here to experience love and happiness with all that is. Let us begin this path by unveiling what lies beyond our pain, let go of this suffering and surrender to your magnificent self. The soul magnifies everything and allows this expansion to what is. Our hearts are like these vessels of love that longs to pour into our humanity to create the oneness of God’s love and wisdom for us. There is no more pain but peace that is beyond the level of understanding that our mind can hold. This inner peace is the foundation for letting go of our attachment to pain and suffering. When we connect to our stillness we create a different pattern of life that holds a higher vibration of love and light.

Thus, life becomes a reflection of God’s love for us. We are the bearer of light and love. Unleash yourself from this pain that our humanity had gone through the ages. The enlightenment is here and now. Your heart and mind is align to what is and all is well. Forgive others and yourself to pave the way to healing. This lightens the load that you carry consciously or unconsciously in your essence. The path of the heart is through this doorway that opens once true forgiveness is attain. Love is rediscovering the full and highest potential of our existence, giving inspiration and enthusiasm to all sentient beings.

The shadows becomes light, there is understanding of the heart and mind,  how they both align and becomes congruent to each other. This connection is needed to be in full alignment with the soul’s purpose. The pain body is gone and just lives on love, it now attracts love and not fear because there is no more space for pain. The heart lives its desires and highest potential is clear and determine to be the force of life. Love is power,  its highest vibration of God’s love for us. Let us connect to this power and our lives will be in a happy and peaceful state of condition. Letting go of illusions and fear is part of the process. Surrendering to the flow of life where it leads us. Most of the time we get used to the comfort zone and we find it hard to let go because of our attachments to things, places and people that we surround ourselves with. These attachments keep us inside the box and witholds our expansion. Our freedom lies in discovering our truth, which is our spirit.

The pain body that attracts another sentient being who carries the same energetic codes will give you the lessons in life that you are searching for. Once attained your level of understanding will expand and now shift into a higher level of consciousness which is about love and light. The light quotient that you carry will increase and will see clearly why things has to happen that way. What is clearing will hold a vibration that is higher in frequency and that helps you elevate your consciousness. Allowing the flow of grace and ease to your energetic imprints will transform your inner being. The heart has doorways to your expansive self that sees no boundaries to what you want to experience. This doorway has the key to your soul, you hold the key to your happiness and inner peace. The pain is the key in disguise, take the pain and see beyond it, transform by understanding the underlying cause of this pain. Usually when you ask yourself, the answers will be revealed to you. Face the fear and heal with your unconditional love for yourself. Ask yourself, if I truly love myself would I do this? would I be in the pattern of pain and suffering if I love myself? What do I do to let go of this pattern and am I ready to clear this in my life. did i learn the lesson? what is the lesson that life is showing me? These are some questions that can help you clear what is not clear for you.

Tapping into your Akashic Records helps you clear your blockages and able to clear your energetic fields. Consciously working to empower you and to attain your highest potential. When you unveil the pain in your heart, you receive the codes for healing and empowering your life. You tap into the Source and become at peace with yourself and others. The unveiling is the thin veil that hinders our perception to what is. Once this is lifted, we now see the beauty that is within and to all sentient beings. There is no separation but oneness, feeling at one in nature and all that is. Our pain is our compass towards total freedom of the spirit. The Universe will surely test and give us more situations that will trigger more unforgivenes, until we truly get the lesson behind this situation which is unconditional love. The hidden gem is all about our love for ourselves. If we truly love ourselves, we will not allow thoughts that will harm us in anyway. When we withold love, we create lower vibration that are emotions like guilt, anger, revenge, resentment, anxiety, within our consciousness and thus create stress in our health and being. We become hard on ourselves and we create an armor around our hearts. Our hearts become a perfect ground to breed unwanted feelings and negative emotions. These emotions ruts in our hearts and our souls are stuck in this darkness. We become victims of our own consciousness and when this happen we are separated from our Source. The Source is about love, unity and harmony. We are not here to experience pain and sufferings but to be in the space of love and grace.

We forget who we are, we are spiritual beings in our human suits, all of our dramas are our own creations because we attract who we are inside our hearts. When we see beyond our pain and see the bigger picture we will know that we are all in the same boat. That we experience all these situations in different forms, the question is do we ever get the lessons that we are trying to learn? We all have conscious choices to make in this lifetime, to live a happy life or to be stuck in this negative situation within ourselves and others. Let us wake up and take responsibility for the state of our consciousness.

Blaming others for our state of mind is not going to help us in the present moment. Like the bite of a snake, the bite is long gone but we still suffer the venom of the snake’s bite. We are caught in the poison of the snake, this is the venom of this unforgiveness path. We create more pain by holding this crooked path in our existence. The garden of our hearts is like a landscape, we need to weed out bad weeds like ill feelings and grudges in order to reap good fruits in our harvest. Forgiving the past is not easy but when we want to move forward, we choose to forgive then let go of the past. Focus on your chosen path and follow your heart. This is the return to home, your heart is where your home is.

This is our Sacred Contract, to be with this certain person to experience pain and forgiveness. In the bigger picture, without this situation we are not going to learn the lesson of forgiveness. When we start to see things as is and send blessings to the enemy so to speak, we find this inner peace deep within our hearts. We feel light and we are in the space of grace and Divine’s love. Only through these dark nights of our souls we can achieve true forgiveness and learn the lesson. If we keep denying our own pain and blaming others for how we feel, we will just go in a circle of drama and we keep attracting the same situation with different actors so to speak.

We transcend our pain by forgiving and letting go of this negative karma, we allow the space and power of healing our hearts. We become co creator of our lovely and happy experiences. We choose to empower ourselves and allow our selves to expand into this beautiful creation of God whatever God means for you. We learn to trust the flow of love into our experiences and we become happier in our existence when we connect to the Akashic Records of our souls. This is the secret path to tap into the Akashic Records. We can not touch this when we have unforgiveness in our existence because the heart of our human collective consciouseness is in the realm of our souls. We can only go through the high vibrations of our souls when we connect to the Source of our existence. Our souls vibrate in the frequency of love and light and we have to be align and congruent with our souls in order to have access to the Akashic Records. People are mistaken if they think that you have to be smart in order to access your Akashic Records, it’s actually the heart that needs to be pure to access this high frequency of vibration of love and light. God sees us beyond our mind’s perceptions, but within our heart’s lies the wisdom of our Source. This is the path of our return to home, where love is. There is no sense in holding pain, anger and resentment in our existence because we only give ourselves a more difficult path to thread to.

Let us forgive ourselves first in order to experience true forgiveness for others. We don’t need to be with them but to allow the space of grace and love within our being. It creates a new pattern of experiences and we become more align to manifest our dreams in this lifetime. Let us live in the present moment consciously choosing to forgive. ” I now declare to the Universe and Source that I’m forgiving others who consciously or unconsciously had hurt me in the past and I also ask others to forgive me for hurting them consciously or unconsciously through my thoughts, words and actions, let it be done. May the flow of grace and love be with me in this lifetime. Amen.”

Relationships with another person is a catalyst for knowing your truth, essence and spirit. When we are in a relationship, we bare our souls. We find things that the other person triggers in us, what is hidden within us that we are not aware of. When this happens we are tapping into our subconscious mind. We are about vibrations, waves of particles vibrating in a scale of low or high frequency magnetizing to us the same frequency that we are sending. When we talk about energy our partners in life have the same wavelength of what we are sending so to speak. Our inner filters attracts and create who and what we have in our physical reality. When other person is acting in a manner or situation that we deem negative. It is actually a sign for us to stop and reflect on what this person is bringing into our attention.

Relationships are Sacred Contracts and we are here to teach each others spiritual lessons. They came to us to find our truth and to wake us up from our deep sleep or from our unconscious state. When we look at relationships this way we learn to easily let go of blame and we can find a space of forgiveness. Pain dissipates as we learn to let go of our attachments and expectations to what did not happen or our attention shifts to the lessons that we learn for the better.

When one is still in the victim consciousness and would not change or move forward then the other party who is align to love becomes self empowered to move on and create a higher vibration of love and light. We need to know the dynamics of energy in relationships to become empower. The different roles or Archetypal energies that we play. Ask questions that will reveal to you where in your childhood this person reminds you of and what kind of feelings are evoke? Is there any emotional trauma that needs healing or to be reconcile with your own self? What are the current theme or patterns that are being created? Where there is ego there is shadow, hidden behind the conflict or chaos. Because love has no shadow but only speaks of the truth.

When we become self aware that the other person, may it  be a family member or lover is here to bring us closer to our truth and heal our wounds, we become enlightened. There is always a choice and the freedom of our spirit to chose which path we are going to take. As we heal, we remember that we are impermanent transient beings and uncertain of all relationships. We have to power to choose what we want to experience. Most of the time when we are in a relationship that is not healthy for us, we become blind or in denial and we don’t seem to know the answer how to get out of the painful situation. We need the support of others who are there for us and can see beyond the drama. Surrender to the situation and learn the lesson, let go of old ways of thinking and shift to a more graceful flow of experiences. Choose love and compassionate way to treat others just like yourself. The truth is that we are all suffering in the same way, we are in the collective consciousness of our present human conditioning. As we are shifting into this enlightened era of our evolution, we become lighter to our selves and others. We don’t create drama and we let go of who is right or wrong. We want to live to be happy and conscious human beings.

This is the gift to see in every relationships that we have, that we are here to experience love and not fear. When we are awake and aware of our essence, we start to notice that our relationships are more evolve full of love and happiness. We become more involve with their well being and not for what we can get from them. We empower others in their souls paths, serving and sharing what we receive from this abundance world. We are one in the grand scheme of things. We have to create an intention to live consciously and to shift our patterns of thinking. “I am conscious, loving, joyful, and peaceful being experiencing all that is good. I am one with the flow of the Universal mind, energetically aligned to my highest potential and recalibrating my DNA to my multi dimensional soul blueprint of my existence. Today I bring forth a new manifestation of my creative self. Opening my heart and reconnecting to the Source of love and light. Bringing healing in my consciousness and creating a loving present moment with passion, inspiration and self empowerment.

The healing of relationships take place in the blueprints of our souls as we evolve in this conscious world, we become a co creator of our Universal mind. Our collective consciousness becomes one in all and everything is one in the now. The movements of our planets, galaxies and multi universes inter relates within  our electromagnetic fields. We experience blissful soul journeys creating a peaceful world. Our fears dissipate and we begin to love unconditionally. Our history becomes imprinted in the Akashic fields and create a new path of healing for humanity. There is no other, we are one, one within and one with all that is. Our fractal selves become one living conscious Universal self. We are souls in many multi universes of these parallel lives that we live simultaneously evolving and transcending. There is no time and space in eternal time. We can travel, be there and be here at the same moment of time and space. This is the new perceptions of the conscious mind radiating light beyond shadows and penetrating all that is. The beauty of every passing moment is the knowing that all is one and knowing that we are here to experience this beauty of love.

As we travel this path of healing the heart and soul, there are a lot of aspects and deeper  inner work to become wholesome. The shady areas and darkness that are hidden within the ego and heart connection when we are not clear about ourselves and existence. When there is resistance to what is real and deny the truth of who we are we become the projector of the illusion. When we are blinded to what we don’t see and see only what the other person is doing or projecting,  usually what we see is what is inside us hidden within our psyche, emotional and  mental bodies as well as our cellular consciousness. When we are in this illusion, we see others as threat but truly they are our angels,  messengers of our Divine selves to see who and what truly is our truth. The truth will set you free and this will bring you the freedom of your spirit and release you from any hidden illusions that you are in, like a cloud in the sky this too will passes by and gives you the clear picture of a blue sky.

We are many wonderful beings that truly is a gift of miracles in this lifetime. When we open our hearts to receive these many blessings and wonderful creations that we co create with Divine and higher self. As we move on and shift to our multidimensional selves that we are, we create and manifest in no time and space zone. As we think, shall it manifest right in the space that we are, we are magnificent co creators of this wondrous magical experiences that we have. The wisdom lies within our hearts and when we let go and surrender to our higher selves we become what we truly are  free spirits, no judgements for whatever experiences that transpire be it good or bad because truly there is no right or wrong. It is within us that co created this situation to learn our lesson and be in the flow of what we want in this lifetime. There are a lot of angels in your space and these messengers come to you for wake up call or just be in their beautiful space of unconditional love and compassion.

Balance is necessary way or step to live in between worlds, the mystique realms that we traverse and the physical reality that we are grounded into the heart of mother Gaia. When we separate ourselves as spirits and human bodies we don’t get the balance that we needed to get into the journey of our souls with ease, grace and effortlessly co creating our highest potential. We become our own enemies, we start hating others for their wrong doings yet blind to see our own part and participation in this situation. We need to accept our ego, embrace our weaknesses, surrender and allow ourselves the loving kindness and compassion that we share with others to be our foundation for our truth. When we allow this unconditional love we become at peace and one with all that is. When things happen and doesn’t go the way we like it, we become self centered and blind to see what is hidden within us. What we need to see is that the other person is our mirror. We see the other person or situations as mirrors of our disposition, and take inner reflections to be at peace within our selves and the other person. We become forgiving and loving, our deepest blockage in healing is ourselves, by being hard on us and not allowing space to breathe, taking that break and going deeper within ourselves we discover many gems and treasures hidden in the darkness. Without this darkness there is no light, so embrace the darkness and allow yourself to see the light that penetrate your being and Divine connection. This light is wisdom deep seated within our souls and when we return home to our Source we are one in this light, we are light and one with the Divine.

It is a big step for humanity to humble ourselves and see others as gifts even though they made mistakes, because of these mistakes that we learn our lessons and grow, so it is in our hands to allow healing and forgiveness to be our source of light and love. When we start to see others as a part of our consciousness, we become one with their actions and be the observant of the situation to allow healing to give way and surrender to this power of love. We are never going to move forward when we keep denying others of their existence because remembering who they are is but your own projections and creations is one step ahead of your knowledge. By you becoming the space to heal and knowing that whoever is in your field is a part of you and your consciousness then you become one with the Universal laws. Allowing the vibrations of forgiveness, compassion and love in your fields create this beautiful tapestry of human consciousness full of light, compassionate love and wisdom.

As we shift in the dynamics of this space of love, we become love and be loved. The only way to see others as love is to feel this from your heart,  where there is no separation and judgement but truly allowing others for their mistakes and owning responsibilities to your own integrity. Whatever transpires is but your own Karma and the Universe presents you again with another situation that will tests your integrity and freedom of spirit. This freedom is about not being attach to any situations, things and people. When we know that everything that we see and experience is our own doing we become conscious that we are the magnet of all that is. Then, there is no more blaming and judging because we know that we are in this situation because we created it. We are just asleep and did not remember our truth. Our truth will set us free, even if it hurts to see the truth, it will always make us free from our illusions of others.

In our eyes it is them, but in the eyes of truth it is us that are the creators of this illusion. So whatever is in front of your eyes and whatever you judge is for sure your own truth as well because this is created in your realm of illusion. Our illusions then become the compass of our truth so it is what it is. The lies that we see and feel is actually our own lies and feelings that we never acknowledge within our truth. The illusions are ours so forgive and let it be, let go of ill feelings because you are only creating more lies within your own self as you keep holding the truth right before your own eyes. The eyes of the heart, the emotions that we feel that needed to be release are the tears of cleansing and clearing the space of our heart. To err is human and to forgive is Divine.

Healing humanity  into consciousness of the heart, as we grow into our Universal connection to the Source of infinite possibilities. We expand our multi dimensional selves and live into the many multi universes that we have. Our highest potentials lies beyond our imaginations, dreams and conscious mind but dwells from our sub consciousness. Human Beings can not tap into this power house as they are unconscious or asleep, the unconscious mass that we are continually plugged into the mass unconsciousness, we become puppets of the hidden and fear based agenda manipulative collective consciousness.

Healing takes you into the journey of your heart, consciousness and soul’s truth and essence. When our hearts are closed we can not tap into our true essence which is to fulfill our heart’s desires. Life is meant to be simple like a child in awe of Divine’s love and creations. When we open our hearts to the truth of who we are then we become align to our soul’s purpose. Our life is short,  living inside our hearts we connect to all our creations and  intentions. Life is full of mysterious journeys, finding treasures deeply embedded within,  if you touch your inner heart and go within, feel everything that your heart is asking you to feel. Withholding judgements and resistance, allowing the flow of emotions and completely surrendering to the power of love. Your heart is asking you to listen, reflect and become like a child full of dreams and creations. Be the creator, dreamer and actor of your play. Create more open and loving relationships. Love more and learn to receive what the Universe is offering to you. Doors of opportunities opening to receive your presence. Enter this door of love, and allow the Divine’s way of calling you into the kingdom of heaven. Life is a paradox, paradise in disguise we needed to lose it and then regain to become aware of our existence. We are all here to become the bright stars of this expansive Universe.

As we explore our consciousness we become in tune to the synchronicity of situations and events in our lives. We become aware of signs and doors opening and closing for us. We become bold, courageous, and fearless to leap and take the next step toward other challenges in life. When we face our fear we take our destined future closer into our present fields of manifestations. Because fear is actually a door opening to be who we are suppose to be. It is the opposite of what we think it is, fear comes from our protective selves and self love. We dare not to go there because our ego or false self doesn’t want us to face our truth, essence and soul’s purpose. The “I” becomes the blockage to our happiness and heart’s desires. This fear then should be looked upon as an opportunity to become our highest potential. If we take the courage to face our fear then we put a light to our path of spiritual success. Which is our oneness with the Divine creator and co create our grandeur and magical events in our lifetime. The only way to face fear is to let go of attachments to your pain, fears, story and illusions of who we are and what we are. When we lose these cravings and desires to be someone and attachments to the worldly matters, we then become free spirit. We go to with the flow of life like a river cascading along the water falls. We take our souls path into the journey of a mystic.

Our realities lies within the concept of our intentions and awareness of our consciousness and soul’s creations. Everything that is in your plate is but a result of your attentions and intentions in the energetic fields. When we are in the flow of the Universal Laws we are in sync to the rhythm of life. Just Like an observer of an experiment the result of our experiences depends on the perception of the observant. If we become aware of this patterns of behavior, we then become wise and self conscious to the thoughts, words and actions that we do. Energy is everything and all that is seen in the physical dimension is but a motion of subatomic particles configuration in the mathematical patterns of your intention and attention. Without this level of understanding how energy works and manifest situations, we can not perform to our highest potential. We become like ants searching and searching for food to restore in the future but truly there is no such thing as future only present moment. Tapping in to this moment of the now, we create our wonderful world in the presence of our kindred souls. Everything is here we are just too blind looking for something else. We are too blind to see the unseen fields of love and light. Because we are not completely awake to our true existence.

When we reach ascension in this physical body, we become light on all things. Our vibrations become higher and lighter. The crystalline fields of our holographic matrices are clear and re calibrated into the 12 strand DNA that we are living multi dimensional lives in this lifetime. This is where our human species is going to find healing in our DNA and RNA space to link us into our God’s cellular consciousness. We become aware and awake of our conscious creations in the Akashic fields. All our thoughts, words and deeds that are store in these Records will become evolve, enlighten and energized to ascend our human race and generations to come. Everything that exist in our fields will be seen as light and love. The shadows or ego becomes integrated and balanced and recognized part of our existence. As we become aware of the “yin and yang” theory we become balance and integrated towards our approach into seeing and perceiving things. We will see things beyond their forms and negative actions. We can see through the veil of illusion. We become align and one with the rest of humanity and only see love beyond fear and pain of others. We become a magnet for compassionate wisdom and love. To be able to to share light to others, our destiny that has been given to us since the dawn of civilization. To serve our human race into enlightenment with respect for all sentient beings. To raise our vibrations in order to sustain the light quotient of this Universal light and vibrations of our mother Earth. As our planet evolves into the galactic alignment, we as human beings have to carry these vibrations of our electromagnetic fields. Opening our hearts to these vortexes we magnetize love and light all around us, we begin the journey of light workers to raise our consciousness into the vibrations of love and light.

This is the message that was given to me today by my neighbor ” Love is something you should cherish, so let it stand, by your side and treasure it forever.” Wow! I can’t believe an angel in disguise will come knocking on my door. She gave me this painting and just touched my heart to the core. What a miraculous message that truly what I needed to hear right now. Isn’t this the truth when you ask it shall be given, and today the angels are just right in my neighborhood. I am in a vulnerable situation of being in a relationship again and unconsciously guarded my heart not to be broken and feel pain. When you go to this soft place of vulnerability the easier way is to run away but you will end up running away from yourself. Relationships are actually about your intimate self, when my partner is telling me or projecting some kind of actions that I feel rejected then there is something that my self is rejecting other parts of myself. The other person is a mirror of your self so in order to understand yourself is to know what the other person is doing then turn it around, that this person is leading you to what he is projecting is something that is within you that brought this in the first place.

Life is a mirror, look around you, and you will see inside you! It’s an awesome feeling when you can be in the space of acceptance and allowing whatever comes up in your relationships with others be it a lover, family or strangers. It is a beautiful world that we live in when we are awake to these signs of revelation. It feels like a maze, puzzle but truly it is simple, we are magnets and whatever we attract or bring into our lives is just a reflection of ourselves. The hidden factor is us and we live in a paradoxical world. When you think it’s not about you it’s actually all about you so don’t kid yourself to what is in front of you. Stop pointing fingers to whose to blame, they are just mirrors of your self turned inside out. We are one holographic matrices, we create what we have in our plate and if you want to create a beautiful palette of art you begin the journey of the loving artist who is awake, aware and alive in the moment of creations. Let the dreamer in you become alive in the present moment creating dreams and visions that manifest right in your present moment is the miracle of this lifetime. We are in the magnificent shift of our ascension with our mother Earth and all her creations.

How can an eleven year old girl know the wisdom of the heart? it is timeless wisdom that she had tapped into and whatever reason she is in my life right now is a perfect dance of the Universal movements that wakes me up and shake me to the core of my heart and soul that this is what love is. Feeling the moment it presents to you, there is no other way but love and cherish because it is given to you. Not to others but you, you are the magnet of this love and together whoever is giving you this love, you need to wake up and smell the gift of love. Treasure it forever in your heart and soul, creating space that will allow this love to grow just like a flower that blooms, allow the bud of rose to bloom and smell the aroma of lovely roses bringing love, joy and bliss to your presence. We are these roses who longs to bloom in this magical moments of our lifetime. Take the precious time to appreciate these moments that we have, this is the only moment that matters right in your present life. Don’t take anything for granted, bless every person you meet and allow these gifts to bring you love and if there is pain. Accept, allow and stop resisting because it will only comes back to present itself again. Enjoy the presentation and let it go. Go with the flow of life, without attachment to the outcome or expectation, because expectation just leads to disappointments. Be free spirit in whatever you do, say or think.

Being free in spirit is joy, when you are able to see others in the eyes of the soul you have mastered this lifetime. You become the source of joy for others to experience pure love and joy. In our materialistic world we become so blind to see what true love is. To what really matters most in our lives. We are so bombarded with false illusions that we think we are, the ego that craves power and control. We cling to false indentification of our existence, we needed an image to present to the world that we are strong and that we are big. This is the hidden message of our false ego, when we need to magnify a problem, we are putting attention to what is fear. It is love that we need to magnify, put attention to and then we are able to be in inner peace.  This space of allowing whatever the other person is giving you and needing attention is all about themselves. Don’t take their garbage it’s not  yours, you don’t need to react to others stuff but be center and know that you are love and that this person who needs negative attention is just is, they need love. If we are in the space of love, we can see through the problem, there is no such thing as problem they are actually doors of opportunities knocking on your door to become the master of your soul. Then you can practice the Zen part of your meditation, you can actualize the potential of your meditative self. You become the space of love, for peace to enter in others fields and awareness. We are one in this space when one surrenders to what is. As a spiritual master you become the essence of forgiveness, surrender and allowing the space of healing souls to magnify their existence in the midst of brokenness. Love is truly something we should cherish!

As you open your heart you will encounter many things that you have unconsciously have not dealt or faced with, as you uncover these dark or shady areas it will present to you situations that you once thought is over and done with. What is it that attracts this situation in your fields? I often ask why can’t I just teach my heart who to choose and whom to belong. My mind seems to say what is right but my heart dictates my emotions and feelings for the other person. Where are these deep feelings coming from? Deeply embedded within our DNA and cellular memories, it’s easy to say that I will change my destiny to what is good for me. But the affairs of the heart keeps budging you to what makes you think right is not exactly what you feel inside. This is what transpires out of deep reflections of the heart, we will never know the heart of God as how deep within our genes this unconditional love flows within our blood and circulates to continue the flow of life. Our blood continue to supply us with the gift of life to experience love in all its beauty and shadows.

As long as we have desires and cravings which is the fundamental teachings of Buddhism, we suffer from all these consequences but truly it is all about your experiences that transcend your knowledge into becoming wisdom. So what is real and not real doesn’t really matter but what is real is the experience of the soul and how it transcend its inner beauty to light. We are all experiencing these eclipses of the moon and how it affects our emotions is truly magnetizing. Balance is the key to all these roller coasters of the heart, we can only take so much and grounding your self to mother Earth helps a lot in some emotional clearing. Walking in nature keeps me grounded and close to my heart, having that space to breathe with nature keeps me in this heart space. Raising self awareness and the ability to love unconditionally, it changes your reality, grounding spiritual insights into physical experiences.

What you resist persists, instead of trying to talk yourself out of the situation, take courage to face the affairs of your heart. Accept uncomfortable feelings of unworthiness, betrayal, regrets, anger, sadness, without remorse. Just let it be. Find some space to reflect within the heart and feel the harm that you have cause or done. Take these windows of opportunities to welcome your soul into an expansive self that you are. Why become an enemy of your own heart? Be kind and know that whatever you did that does not resonate with your higher self is just is. It is here to become a diamond in the rough. There is nothing that is given to you by the Universe that you can not handle.

It is here because your soul had a Sacred contract with all these souls that you are going to meet. To understand your self and be integrated to your own Divinity and soul. Life here are all creations of your soul and heart’s desires nothing to do with your mind. Your mind becomes the blockage or wall to see within your mirrors and perceptions in life. Illusions of the mind but the soul speaks from the heart. What is not congruent or conflict is not your soul speaking but your mind. To create integration and harmony, we have to align our mind and heart together which is the spiritual lessons of many addicts. We are addicted to the affairs of our hearts, when we feel we become alive and connected to our existence. When we are in conflict with other souls in our relationships, we are experiencing some chaos or calling of the soul to nourish this part of our shadows. To give light to what is happening and finally have the courage to face whatever transpires from these relationships.

Transforming the energy into more balance and grounded soul experiencing unconditional love for all sentient beings beyond judgement and vibrating in the wholeness of who you are. Release the soul from the prisons of the mind, become one with all that is, creating harmonious relationships starting with your own soul and hearts desires. Visualizing this bliss exist within you and others, not harming others by becoming honest with the truth even though sometimes it hurts but the truth will always set you free. When there is no attachment to the outcome or expectation for others, we become one with Source. Creating a new image of a gigantic Universal self, limitless and embodiment of new moment occurs.

Healing yourself is a treasure hunt through the keys of time, ever expanding moment deeper view of yourself and doors of opportunities opens as you open your heart. Integrating spirituality and becoming conscious of what your creations are. Enough madness in this world when we live inside our ego, open your heart and breathe in this compassionate love from within. What is the causes of this dysfunction and sickness of human mind, deep seated in our psyche. Am I generating conflict to myself and others? Negative emotions which are illusory, we need to awaken and take responsibility now. We are the seeds of this transformed world, we need to change into more of the embodiment of wholesomeness. We are not separate from our own shadows, the secret to peace is embracing our ego and grow from that space of unconditional love for our mistakes and learning the lessons in life. Whatever form it comes, in which it happens, we are humanity we need to be responsible for our consciousness. What is the state of my hearts consciousness? Who you are is your state of consciousness, now that you are aware and know it. People who are not in your level of vibration would doubt you in your process but it’s okay as what they see is evil in others. They are in the unconscious state and still in the process of clearing mental and emotional issues. Suffering is part of learning process and the fire that ignites the heart gives you the awakening of the soul.

We can transcend this experience and finally meet our shadow with an open heart to receive the lesson that we need to learn and let go. Let go of the old self that resists the flow. See yourself as an amazing soul capable of expanding into a Universal loving being. We are one in this soul level of consciousness, let us create from this open unconditional heart space of love. Face your fears and become a guiding light to others. Empower the light that is within that longs to see the light of others within their shadows of fear and illusions.
