The Universe will surely test and give us more situations that will trigger more unforgivenes, until we truly get the lesson behind this situation which is unconditional love. The hidden gem is all about our love for ourselves. If we truly love ourselves, we will not allow thoughts that will harm us in anyway. When we withold love, we create lower vibration that are emotions like guilt, anger, revenge, resentment, anxiety, within our consciousness and thus create stress in our health and being. We become hard on ourselves and we create an armor around our hearts. Our hearts become a perfect ground to breed unwanted feelings and negative emotions. These emotions ruts in our hearts and our souls are stuck in this darkness. We become victims of our own consciousness and when this happen we are separated from our Source. The Source is about love, unity and harmony. We are not here to experience pain and sufferings but to be in the space of love and grace.

We forget who we are, we are spiritual beings in our human suits, all of our dramas are our own creations because we attract who we are inside our hearts. People are mistaken if they think that you have to be smart in order to access your Akashic Records, it’s actually the heart that needs to be pure to access this high frequency of vibration of love and light. The virgin archetype is quite an interesting one, you would think this has to do with virginity only but actually it has more issues than that. As a sexual victim, the trespassing of my father became my pain body and relieving this broken trust every time I’m in a relationship. There was a sense of hidden and unconscious revenge and anger towards men. I wasn’t aware that unconsciously, I didn’t know how to receive love. I keep attracting the same pattern of woundedness and I have to suffer the pain of not being able to feel loved. Until one day when I was in hypnosis workshop and we did a muscle testing that it was revealed to me that I have a problem receiving love. This awareness became my guide towards my healing. I realized that my heart is not open in receiving the most important of all human gifts which is unconditional love. They always say you can not give love if you don’t love yourself but first you have to know that you are doing it to yourself. What is a sign that you don’t know how to receive love? You create broken relationships with others and you don’t know why this cycle keeps repeating itself, like a broken record.

When you are in this victim consciousness, you feel separated or alienated, that you don’t belong and that others are there to harm you. There is a sense of putting the blame to others, you become aloof of others who try to be close to you. There is no sense of trust and you like to be alone. We continue being a victim as long as we don’t recognize that we are the magnet of the situations. When we become self aware that the other person, may it  be a family member or lover is here to bring us closer to our truth and heal our wounds, we become enlightened. We have to power to choose what we want to experience. Our pain body emotionally eats us away, we become out of tune and stays in the lower vibrational fields of emotions like negative, fear, anxiety and worry. This is not our truth, we are loved. The most painful of all the things that we do is to destroy our true essence when we put ourselves in chaotic situations. Nobody deserves to be in suffering, we can only shift when we acknowledge that we have our problems and that we have the power to choose what we want to see in our destiny.

The way to our truth is to face our own shadow, release blaming others for whatever situations we are in because it is always our choice to be in this disposition. When we recognized that we have the power to do so, to change and let go, we encourage change in our lives. We have to empower to shift and turn this destructive force into inner peace. Releasing attachments to whatever that is disturbing our inner peace and finally realizing that it takes one step to journey into peace. We are all going through this emotional and mental releasing and clearing of our fields as we shift vibrationally into our higher selves. Thinking outside the box, we need to have a quiet mind and totally be in that space of peace. In order to achieve this, first we need to know about our disorderly lives, chaotic and corrupt mind. We can not shift if we didn’t recognize that our mind is always chaotic because of the voices that continually comes and goes within our mind consciousness. Like a ghost that haunts you in the middle of the night, you have no other choice but be at peace within your own self to find solace in this predicament. We are souls within this confinement or box in our head. The ego speaks so loud we can barely hear our truth and crushes our spirit. Meditation is a tool to finally see the works of our thoughts and release them that they are just thoughts and not to be identify with what they are talking about. They are usually there because of our previous experiences, we somehow  needed these voices to protect us from harm.  Now that you are empowered in the soul level, these voices had served their purpose and it’s time to let go of their false power. The only power that holds truth is love and not fear.

Our mind needs to be in this state of peace in order to bring order in our lives. The silent mind can bring about this shift and complete order. How would our mind can be free of fear? Total change and order does not exist within the field of mind consciousness because our mind is corrupt and we need to shift in different level of dimension. We elevate into our higher consciousness, grounded to bring this light for others to know that there is this space of love and light. This remembrance of our souls is the expansive energy that operates within our own souls when we are open and become an observant of our present moment.

Ask questions that will invoke changes in your fields of energy like asking what is the pattern that needs to be release and am I ready to release this negative thought patterns? This would open awareness of your unconscious negative thought patterns, remembering that you are the magnet of the situation and no one to blame for. The other person is just a projection of your unconscious thoughts. Ask yourself if you are ready to face your fear and have the courage to feel the deepest truth underlying the core issue of the cyclical patterns of your life. Learn to stop and listen what your inner thoughts are and realized that whatever you see in others is what you have inside yourself. Everything is a reflection of your self. The answer lies deep within and this would bring light to your shadows and be one with others in their own shadows. Then, we can self realized that we are all one in this field of consciousness. That they are you and you are they. Seek the silence and look within, then comes the change in your heart increasing compassion for your own self and others. Understanding humanity where they are and not attending to fear and separation but putting attention to love, commitment and intention to be in harmonious relationship with your self and others. When you are empowered to believe in the unknown, the force and power of the Universe is with you in all aspects of life. Our emotional awareness and responsible choices towards authentic power will bring us to this space of what is. Going with the flow of abundance and harmonious living, consciously aware of our powerful existence we become in tune to the Universal Laws. Our contraction serves in knowing our expansive selves in the Universal fields of life to be who we are suppose to be serving others and loving our existence in this multidimensional living.

We live in this paradoxical world and dualism, when I thought I knew more that’s when the Universe gives me situations that challenges the truth in me. I found out that I know less when I’m letting go of the ego and truly looking inside of me what is it that bothers and clearly points it out to me that the thing that I see in another person is truly what I have inside of me,  only I was too busy looking at others mistakes and form. What I found out is that when I back off and put my self in the space of no judgement but just is. I realized that my perceptions are  about myself not about the other person. The things that irritates me are actually the things that I can’t let go or things that I’m trying to control and manipulate or it can also be the things that scares and challenges me.

This space can only be reached when one recognized that there is disharmonious, in congruent and chaotic emotions and thoughts that are happening in your body, mind and spirit. Awareness is a big part of this space, once recognized then the space of awareness magnifies and becomes more present. Allowing this observer and awareness to lead the observant or actor which is you as you have the control to lead this drama into play. The other person is the  participant of the drama and suppose to be your catalyst to self realized that there is a space of awareness that you can be when there is a drama. As an observer you have to listen to all the communications that are being said and listen to body gestures. When you listen open your heart to oneness and don’t feel that you are separated from the other person’s point of view just let it be and completely surrender to this space of no judgement.

As you listen you will find more space to allow the other person to open his heart more to you and be able to talk from the heart. Allowing this space of unconditional love gives expansion to the other person that he feels he is not being judged but being validated. Validation is a big part of the game of the ego. When someone is in the pain body, they are coming from fear and want others to validate their existence even using negative attention because that is the only way they know to get validation from others that they belong. Belonging and trusting others to love you for your existence is not easy to fulfill because of all the layers of masks and denial that we play. Detach from the drama and knowing that you are the space of awareness to help transcend the situation given to you. You empower yourself and choose inner peace instead of separation. By detachment we remember that everyone has their own world or dream so whatever drama is being played it is not yours but for you to listen and help the other person to see the light or the lesson of the drama. This gives inner peace for both of you and the relationship that is being given to transcend. Breaking down the walls around your hearts and completely releasing that is not of light and putting this light into the shadows of your illusions and ego.

Finding the center of your heart and focusing on what will raise the vibration of this relationship helps you and others to find peace. The raising of the consciousness of humanity needs other peaceful warriors to lead in the darkness. As we evolve in our human consciousness we are asked to be more responsible for our own thoughts, words and actions. We can’t let chaos disturb our inner peace. By being heart centered, focus on our souls purpose guided by our spiritual guides we become more strong and courageous in our existence. We become the leaders of this dark age and help others see the light within themselves. Opening our hearts to whoever is in our present moment be it a poor beggar, a politician, businessman, nurse or whatever roles they are portraying its just is a role that we are not to be identified. Because our truth is not about these roles that we play it’s about our spirit and heart. Without this compassion for others there would be no love only war and separation. Opening our hearts to understand more what is happening to the other person gives us more space to allow and become more at peace with our own existence.

Loving kindness have to start within our own selves as we can not give this to others if we don’t have it. Opening your heart and mind that the other person is not separated from  you but just is  a projection of your perception and consciousness.  When you see others like you and that there is no separation that means you are looking at others with a wholesome consciousness where there is no boundary but oneness in the Universal flow of energy. This compassionate wisdom then will lead you to becoming one with the whole humanity. We are one in the spirit and our souls are all in oneness with God whoever God is for you. Our higher consciousness is here aligning our selves to what is and becoming one in all aspects of our existence is the beauty of it all. When we connect to our Source, our highest potential is beyond our comprehension. We become a vessel of unconditional love and a space for others to feel love.

In our human evolution we are being face with all these situations of war, separation and chaos. As we dwell with our own little world of relationships with others, it becomes apparent to us that we are like mirrors of these global wars. We have chaos back and forth from our own selves  family, friends, co workers and many other relationships that we build. We have not come into this space of unconditional love and oneness. We are taking baby steps toward this enlightenment, but this light can only be filled within our own hearts and soul connection with others. As long as we keep putting our walls around our hearts we would not be able to see beyond the dramas that we are creating. We have to be aware of all our perceptions regarding others and our own selves. When one is looking from within and heart centered, one knows that we are all one is spirit and soul. The more we know from the heart the more we know we belong to each other.

When you find yourself in a situation that doesn’t seem to resonate to your truth and all you keep thinking is that someone has done harm to you. Remember that the truth, is that the harm done to you is a mirror of your own fear. It’s an illusion in the form of a body. Your own consciousness is telling you that you’re not separate from the harm of a person or situation. Your subconscious is not tapped into your deepest realms of being. The core of our being is love and without love there’s only fear. Fear stems from self love because we want to protect our selves from being harmed. We build this defense or wall of illusion within our fields to protect ourselves from being hurt again. Universal Laws don’t know about your illusions they only operate with the Universal fields of energetic imprints that we create. In these fields we create our own Akashic Records  and it brings us back to what spiritual lessons we are here to learn.

In my opinion, human beings are here to experience love and happiness. In our current state of mass unconsciousness we are asleep and operate in fear based on manipulations of our own ego. We forget what we came here for. Our lives are meant to be simple and to give and receive love, but we make it complicated because of our ego. When we are not aware that our ego tries to run our world then we become like stringed puppets to the voices in our head. These voices disconnect us with our spirits. They like to disturb our peace and create disharmonious relationships so that we alienate our truth. The only way we can detect the works of our ego is if we humble ourselves and realize that we don’t know everything and that there is a higher power beyond us. We must  listen,  integrate, and balance our head space for our lives to run smoothly just like a river that is quiet and still.

Our shadow is our compass to enlightenment.  Fear holds us back and blocks us from becoming who we are supposed to be. Awareness of this shadow brings us into a space of recognizing what is missing in our integration and holistic way of looking at life. Our integration and balance of our ego is what’s important for us to live in the present moment and be fulfilled. When we face our ego and fear we become more open to what is being given to us. We have to look at what is presented in our fields, then turn it around and look within yourselves to see that everything you see is within you and your perception. When we become attuned and open, we allow our healing and finally see what is deep within our creations. We become aware of the present moment and live with inner peace and feel self empowered. The Universe seems to find its way to give back to us. Until then we become blind to all our personal creations and magnetize the same situations in different forms or beings. We have an observer within us and this observant connects to all that is.  What we are experiencing depends on the filters and unconscious beliefs. Most negative unconscious beliefs stem from the voices in our head that we aren’t aware of while thinking and identifying that we are these voices, fool us of our truth and spirit.

How do we awake to all these voices? First we have to acknowledge that we have problems and that we are the cause of these events in our lives and that nobody else is. When we allow for these openings, we let go and we surrender our ego to the Higher power. We know deep within us that we are being guided to know ourselves and align into the Universal flow of life. When we allow this space of letting go, we create our vast expansive connection to what is. We become a space of unconditional love and we grow from our limited mind and open the vast space of our hearts to who we truly are. What is the roots of our fear? It is our own self ego or protection from our childhood false sense. We are free spirits occupying this form or body to create and experience life. What we fear are actually just illusions protecting us from hurt, we have the fear of the unknown. Once we recognize the voice of the protector we  realize our expansion. There is no such thing as fear, it is only a false ego appearing to be real. We are light and love. This can only be manifested when we become friends to our shadows and fear and when we embrace our own ego and integrate our free spirit to create a loving sense of life and self. Being intimate with our selves and loving unconditionally, create a space of vast connection to the Universal flow of life and abundance. We are bigger than our fears and use our mirrors to face them. Embrace and allow the power of love to create a magnificent life.

This is the message that was given to me today by my neighbor ” Love is something you should cherish, so let it stand, by your side and treasure it forever.” Wow! I can’t believe an angel in disguise will come knocking on my door. She gave me this painting and just touched my heart to the core. What a miraculous message that truly what I needed to hear right now. Isn’t this the truth when you ask it shall be given, and today the angels are just right in my neighborhood. I am in a vulnerable situation of being in a relationship again and unconsciously guarded my heart not to be broken and feel pain. When you go to this soft place of vulnerability the easier way is to run away but you will end up running away from yourself. Relationships are actually about your intimate self, when my partner is telling me or projecting some kind of actions that I feel rejected then there is something that my self is rejecting other parts of myself. The other person is a mirror of your self so in order to understand yourself is to know what the other person is doing then turn it around, that this person is leading you to what he is projecting is something that is within you that brought this in the first place.

Life is a mirror, look around you, and you will see inside you! It’s an awesome feeling when you can be in the space of acceptance and allowing whatever comes up in your relationships with others be it a lover, family or strangers. It is a beautiful world that we live in when we are awake to these signs of revelation. It feels like a maze, puzzle but truly it is simple, we are magnets and whatever we attract or bring into our lives is just a reflection of ourselves. The hidden factor is us and we live in a paradoxical world. When you think it’s not about you it’s actually all about you so don’t kid yourself to what is in front of you. Stop pointing fingers to whose to blame, they are just mirrors of your self turned inside out. We are one holographic matrices, we create what we have in our plate and if you want to create a beautiful palette of art you begin the journey of the loving artist who is awake, aware and alive in the moment of creations. Let the dreamer in you become alive in the present moment creating dreams and visions that manifest right in your present moment is the miracle of this lifetime. We are in the magnificent shift of our ascension with our mother Earth and all her creations.

How can an eleven year old girl know the wisdom of the heart? it is timeless wisdom that she had tapped into and whatever reason she is in my life right now is a perfect dance of the Universal movements that wakes me up and shake me to the core of my heart and soul that this is what love is. Feeling the moment it presents to you, there is no other way but love and cherish because it is given to you. Not to others but you, you are the magnet of this love and together whoever is giving you this love, you need to wake up and smell the gift of love. Treasure it forever in your heart and soul, creating space that will allow this love to grow just like a flower that blooms, allow the bud of rose to bloom and smell the aroma of lovely roses bringing love, joy and bliss to your presence. We are these roses who longs to bloom in this magical moments of our lifetime. Take the precious time to appreciate these moments that we have, this is the only moment that matters right in your present life. Don’t take anything for granted, bless every person you meet and allow these gifts to bring you love and if there is pain. Accept, allow and stop resisting because it will only comes back to present itself again. Enjoy the presentation and let it go. Go with the flow of life, without attachment to the outcome or expectation, because expectation just leads to disappointments. Be free spirit in whatever you do, say or think.

Being free in spirit is joy, when you are able to see others in the eyes of the soul you have mastered this lifetime. You become the source of joy for others to experience pure love and joy. In our materialistic world we become so blind to see what true love is. To what really matters most in our lives. We are so bombarded with false illusions that we think we are, the ego that craves power and control. We cling to false indentification of our existence, we needed an image to present to the world that we are strong and that we are big. This is the hidden message of our false ego, when we need to magnify a problem, we are putting attention to what is fear. It is love that we need to magnify, put attention to and then we are able to be in inner peace.  This space of allowing whatever the other person is giving you and needing attention is all about themselves. Don’t take their garbage it’s not  yours, you don’t need to react to others stuff but be center and know that you are love and that this person who needs negative attention is just is, they need love. If we are in the space of love, we can see through the problem, there is no such thing as problem they are actually doors of opportunities knocking on your door to become the master of your soul. Then you can practice the Zen part of your meditation, you can actualize the potential of your meditative self. You become the space of love, for peace to enter in others fields and awareness. We are one in this space when one surrenders to what is. As a spiritual master you become the essence of forgiveness, surrender and allowing the space of healing souls to magnify their existence in the midst of brokenness. Love is truly something we should cherish!
